Sampling typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the pattern. We have our own in-house pattern makers and sample tailors. Once the sample is ready, we will ship it to you via express delivery. We charge a reasonable sampling fee, which can be fully refunded or deducted from your future bulk order costs.

A tech pack is preferred if you have one. If you don't, you can simply provide your design elements or artwork. Our professional graphic designers and artists will help you create the ready-for-production print files and panel templates (cutting pieces).

To get started, we require a 30% deposit along with the sample fee. Once sampling is approved, we require another 40% down payment to commence mass production, and the remaining 30% balance is due upon completion prior to shipping.

Please note that economy shipping from China may take 7 to 21 days depending on the buyer's destination country. Of course, if your buyers are willing to pay a little extra for shipping, they can upgrade to express delivery to receive their packages faster.
